The main aim of this interactive workshop is to enhance critical reflection and provide practical tools for effective collaboration within doctoral supervisory teams. The session covers three key themes: the importance of building trust within the team, tools for aligning supervisors' expectations, and strategies for proactively managing conflicts.
Learning objectives
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
acknowledge the importance of building trust in the supervisory team
become familiar with tools that can support aligning expectations within the supervisory team
address and manage potential disagreements in the supervisory team.
