This interactive workshop aims to equip supervisors with strategies for coordinating effective feedback and enhancing the co-authoring process. Participants will learn how to tailor feedback at each stage of collaborative writing, clarify feedback needs, and balance various interests to avoid confusion and delays. The session will focus on two main themes: implementing a phased approach to collaborative writing while incorporating feedback from multiple supervisors, and exploring effective feedback strategies to maintain alignment and clarity throughout the process.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
differentiate supervisory roles and feedback strategies at various stages of the writing process, ensuring coherence and progress throughout
provide clear, aligned feedback that enables PGRs to effectively manage multiple feedback sources.
